Transfer Details

Complete the relevant form below to make a donation by wire/EFT transfer. Be sure to select the Agent you wish to support from the drop-down menu. Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive a secure link to access our banking information by email to complete your donation. Once we receive confirmation of cleared funds in our account, we will send you confirmation of receipt using the information you have provided in the form.

Electronic Fund Transfer

You can make a donation via an Electronic Fund Transfer to the Chapel & York Canada Foundation using this form, indicating which of our agent member organizations you wish to support. Once you have completed and submitted this form, you will receive instructions to access our banking information in order to complete your donation. After we have received your gift, we will send you a tax receipt using the information you have listed here.

 

Stocks, Securities and Mutual Funds

Complete the form below to make a donation of stock/shares. Be sure to select the Agent you wish to support from the drop-down menu. Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive a secure link to access our brokerage information by email to complete your donation. Once we receive confirmation of the stock/shares arriving with our broker, we will send you confirmation of receipt using the information you provided in the form.
